Thanks for purchasing Malacopa. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, for any reason, you can get your money back to your original form of payment and at your purchase price. You are eligible for a full refund (including shipping) within seven days of your purchase.
After the seven-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within a few days of receiving it and prior to the expiration date on the product.

Shipping Policy
We have to take extra care shipping Malacopa to you. Sometimes that means you may have to wait an extra day or two, but trust us, it will be worth it.
All Las Vegas orders are delivered by our team for freshness and deliciousness. Malacopa is pasteurized, but please keep in an air conditioned storage and if opened please keep it sealed in refrigeration for no more than 7 days.
We ship Monday-Wednesday, and orders received by 12 noon (PST) will ship the same day**. If you place your order after Wednesday at 12 noon (PST) the delivery team will hold your order to ship the following Monday.
